Your Questions Answered

  • Our aim is to make the property styling process as streamline as possible. Our Stylist will arrange a suitable time to meet with yourself, or your agent, for a walk through of the property. From here, we can discuss various options and create a plan tailored to your needs. After this, you will be emailed a proposal and any maintenance suggestions we may have for the property.

  • Every property is unique - Because of this all of our services as custom packages, meaning we do not offer set packages. We understand that there are often budgets that need to be worked with and we are more than happy to discuss what we can produce within your budget. All our packages include installation, collection, as well as theft and damage insurances. We do not charge to quote.

  • For all Full Styling services we offer a 6 week hire period. With these packages you only pay for 4 weeks and we offer the additional 2 weeks free of charge. If hire extensions are required this is offered at a reduced weekly rate and will be listed on our proposal. Full payment is required 7 days prior to installation. Extension payments required prior to expiration period.

  • We get that sometimes things need to move quickly, and will do our best to accommodate where possible - However, ideally at least 1-2 weeks notice is preferred.

  • The day prior to installation, our Stylist will touch base with an arrival time. Installation is usually a day or two prior or on the day of your marketing photos - Size dependant.

  • Once your contract of sale is unconditional, we will arrange a collection time. If things are taking a little longer, we can discuss options regarding collection or extensions.Item description

Qualified Interior Designer by trade, experienced Property Stylist by passion.

Lead stylist, Jessica Hayes, has been renovating, designing and styling properties for over 8 years. Love and dedication to her work is evident through her passion in creating beautiful, warm and memorable spaces.

Jess started Interior Style Co. to share her passion in helping clients prepare & style their properties for sale. Throughout the process, the primary obiective is to provide clients with a superior, stress-free service.

While there are many aspects of designing a space, one of our main considerations is how the property will photograph, the lifestyle we can depict and the story we can tell. With a background in photography, we truly understand the importance of marketing campaigns and our aim is to always create emotive, fresh and artistic opportunities for your photographer.

We understand that budget can sometimes be a factor and because of this our services are custom designed dependant on the property, vendor's budgets and the desired outcome.
